WHAT CITIES CAN WE TRAVEL TO IN LOUISIANA?

You can take a look at Party Bus Baton Rouge's most frequently visited cities on our Service Area page, but we can often travel to nearby areas as well. Please give us a call or send us an email to confirm our ability to travel to specific cities and areas.

CAN WE TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE STATE OF LOUISIANA?

At the current time, we do not offer transportation beyond our state.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON YOUR PARTY BUSES?

Party Bus Baton Rouge features exquisite acrylic and granite bars in our buses that are just perfect for stocking with your favorite beer, wine, and liquor. Of course, non-drinkers can enjoy the bar just as much by stocking it with their favorite beverages, like iced tea, iced coffee, soda, or bottled water. You may also stock the bar with snacks if you prefer.

CAN WE SMOKE IN YOUR PARTY BUSES?

We do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST IF WE KEEP THE BUS LONGER?

There won't be any fees tacked on for keeping the bus longer. You'll just be charged the usual hourly rate.

HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN WE BRING WITH US?

We have a wide range of vehicles, all of which accommodate at least 16 guests, many of which are in the 25-passenger range, and a few that can accommodate 30 or even 40 guests. Please be sure to specify the number of anticipated guests when booking your trip so we can choose the appropriate vehicle for you, or take a look at our Vehicles page and choose one for yourself!

HOW EARLY IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR TRIP?

We always recommend booking at least two weeks in advance whenever possible, but in general, the earlier the better and the better the selection of vehicles will be. You will also avoid the possibility of us being completely booked on the date of your event. Of course, if you're down to the last minute, we'll still do everything that we can to accommodate you, so call us and we'll see what we can do!
